Available Vacation Slots Report

The Available Department Slots Report shows the number vacation slots for each day of the scheduling period. A slot is the possibility that 1 person may be on vacation on a day. It is run after a scheduling pass.

This sample report shows available vacation slots after two scheduling passes. For example on, on 03/21/04, 1 person can be on vacation. The next day, 03/22/04, no more vacation days are available.

Print this report for those who need to submit additional vacation requests. It will show what days are available. One advantage, of our vacation scheduling software, is to neatly present the data.

You can print the data in a calendar format. You can also export the data and import it into a Trumba™ calendar. Then you can publish the calendar on the web.
