Publish Your Available Vacation Days Calendar on the Web

Publish your available vacation days calendar on the web! We have added a new capability to VacationScheduler™! You can export your available vacation days from VacationScheduler™ to a Trumba™ calendar and publish it on the web. This new feature allows your employees to view the available vacation days calendar whenever they have Internet access. This makes it easier for them to sit down with their families and plan what days to request for vacation.

You do not have to publish this information on the Internet. You can print the Available Department and Work Center Calendar and distribute or post it.

It is also possible to create a calendar of the vacation schedule.

Trumba™ Calendars allow you to view the data in the following formats:

Day
Week
Month
List
Table

When you export the data, you have the choice exporting all company data or exporting by department. If you chose the latter option, you can create department sub-calendars. Then visitors can view one, two, three... departments data at once.
